Born and raised in a small town named East Saint Louis, IL. Ginger grew up in a family full of artists: her mother – a notable high school choral director & vocal coach, her father – an accomplished dancer & Katherine Dunham protégé,  her sister – a successful singer/songwriter . Ginger undoubtedly began her career at a very young age, appearing on stage for the  very first time  at the age of 7,  in a regional theater production of Purlie Victorious. She went on to obtain an undergrad degree in Theater, later performing in many different local theater productions, and also acquiring television work.

Now living in New York City, Ginger Brown, with her flirtatious style, infectious smile, & bubbly personality, can be seen bedazzling and entertaining audiences everywhere throughout Manhattan – including various upscale restaurants , supper clubs, and theaters.
